ICSE 10th, ISC 12th Board Results 2020 Declared
Indian Certificate of Secondary Education ( ICSE ) Class 10th and Indian School Certificate ( ISC ) Class 12th results declared. The pass percentage is over 99.34% qualified in ICSE and 96.84 % passed the ISC exam.
For the session 2019 – 2020, CISCE will not release the merit list due to exceptional circumstances. This year, students will get digitally signed mark sheet after 48 hours of the result declaration. They can download their mark sheet from DigiLocker App to obtain their mark sheet.
After the top court decision to scrap the pending exams of class 10th and class 12th, the board released a revised scheme to assess students for the pending papers based on the previous exam and the internal assessment.
A total of 88,409 students appeared for the ISC class 12 exams, over 2.7 lakh students appeared for the ICSE class 10 exams, out of total,54.19% are boys and 95,234 or 45.81% are Girls. The pass percentage of ICSE went up by 0.79% over last years result whereas the pass percentage of ISC exams increased by 2.02% in comparison of 2019 session.

Declaring the results, CISCE Chairman Gerry Arathoon said, “This year has been an exceptionally difficult year for everyone due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the multiple National and States lockdown, coupled with many other related problems. Despite all odds, CISCE has successfully completed the evaluation of the ICSE & ISC Year 2020 Examinations Answer Scripts and is now ready to declare the results.”
CISCE compliments students
Chief Executive & Secretary Gerry Arathoon, issuing a notice on Friday, said the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi congratulates all candidates who have passed the ICSE and ISC Examinations.
Subjects
This year, the ICSE examinations were conducted in 61 written subjects of which 22 are Indian languages and 9 are foreign languages and 2 classical languages and the ISC examinations were conducted in 51 written subjects of which 15 are Indian languages and 6 are foreign languages and 1 classical language.
Steps to check results from the CISCE website?
Students need to enter their course code, candidate UID, index number, and the captcha. Then, to obtain their ICSE or ISC results in 2020, click on the show result button.
