Late fees will not be charged from any school if you apply till 30 June.
The board has decided to extend the application date due to the Coronavirus. Some time ago, the
schools had recently informed the CBSE about the problems faced in the submission of application form in the fixed schedule due to the ongoing lockdown caused by the coronavirus.
The board then moved the date of submission of the CBSE affiliation form, realizing the difficulty. The board extended the application date to April 30, 2020, without any late fees on schools. This was done till April 14, 2020, in view of the lockdown.
But now that the lockdown has been extended by the government till May 3, 2020, the board has issued a new circular. It states that the dates for submission of applications for all categories have been extended to 30 June 2020.
Explain that due to the epidemic spread across the country, the examinations were postponed by the CBSE board on 24 March.
Since then, the board has decided to conduct only important subjects examinations. However, the new datasheet has not been released by the board.
