Aanya Bedi, a student of Class XII of Carmel Convent School, Chandigarh has topped the school in the medical stream with 98.6%. She is the daughter of Dr Rajeev Bedi, a medical oncologist at Fortis Hospital, Mohali and Dr Neetu Bedi, and has a younger sister Adah. Aanya has always been a bright student and believes in hard work and persistence.
“My parents are my role models and I want to become a doctor like them. I have a desire to pursue medical research so that I am able to help in alleviating the suffering caused by diseases by using path-breaking research and scientific medical interventions.” Said Aanya Bedi who is on cloud nine after topping her school in the medical stream of Class 12 CBSE boards.
